A wonderfully clean, large room with a comfortable bed. It didn't have a microwave oven but the room made up for it in comfort. It was very quiet and the little touches like the night light in the bathroom were very thoughtful. The room can be made very dark. The climate control is near the bed to be more accurate where you sleep. Overall a great stay.

I've been to many hotels in my life time, but this place here, is the best! The rooms are so clean, like perfect! The dining area is, very clean also, thanks to Ms. Carol, who not only keeps the dining area looking pretty, she makes the breakfast, too! When I tell u Ms. Carol, is such a sweet lady, she's always there to greet u with smile every morning! Very professional! The food is always hot and fresh, she keeps it well stocked, making sure u dont ever run out of, anything! Ms. Carol is so kind, she's willing to accommodate you with anything u may need! I must admit she's the reason, my family and I keeps coming back to this location! Ms. Carol, reminds me of an auntie, I wish I had! So guys if u want to stay somewhere, where you will feel at, home! Hampton Inn, is the place to be!! Ms. Carol, keep up the good work, stay sweet! And thanks so much for taking care of my daughter and I! We will see ya, soon!!

Drove eight hours prior to arriving, was met with the front desk associate “Mia” who did not even get up to greet us. She simply asked us if we needed help while sitting down across the lobby on her phone. Once we replied yes..we are trying to check in after a long drive she returned with “well, there is nothing I can do for you because I already turned over the day” we were rightfully and obviously confused because we booked in advance and prepaid for the room. She told us that there was nothing she could do and proceeded to leave the room. When we asked for a refund for the booked stay we paid for she told us that “it was on us to figure out”. As an individual in the hospitality industry, I am so disappointed in this service. Not only did it seem dismissive and unprofessional to not offer a solution for the room… it was even more disrespectful to not provide support while looking for a different accommodation.

We got in late , rainy night , both tired , Tuesday Nov 21. Thomas very pleasant at front desk , concerned with the fire alarm going off numerous times . Room was less than pleasing . First sheets were not clean , found a pubic hair , they looked dingy and makeup stain on flat sheet. Blood spot on the duval cover . Then went to shower pulled the mat on the floor and found long black hair. Not up to hiltons standards. . Thomas offered to change the room but we were tired and late. I just got a new set of sheets and blankets and changed it . Person at checkout, in the morning , only offered a sorry . Housekeeping needs to do a better job Add to it I have pictures to post the disgust.

Didn't clean my room ... 2 night stay. No fresh towels and they didn't have any shaving cream. The room was nice and the staff was friendly!

Tom at the front desk helped us navigate the area while we were in town for a wedding in another city. He was super helpful and kind. Breakfast was good and hot every morning.
